About Us

Our Story began humbly from a freelance swimming coach from Singapore, a former national swimmer, who found himself too busy to handle his own simple but important administrative tasks. He realize he needed an extra pair of hands to help hence he hired a team of admins for himself but he soon realize that he can also help others like himself, hence the expansion of the team called "Maxie's".

 

Maxie is designed as a virtual assistant specifically to assist coaches, instructors, teachers that freelances. Add Maxie is now the go-to virtual assistant for busy freelancers who need help with administrative tasks. We’re proud to have helped freelancers save time and money thus far and we are excited for what the future holds.
